The 2003 MidStates Astronomy Convention in Tulsa begins Friday June 20 and runs through Saturday June 21st.
If everyone shows up it looks like we’ll have over 90 attending.
Registration begins at 3:00 PM on
Friday and runs until 6:45 PM. It is
open again a 7:45 AM
Saturday morning. A schedule of events is attached at the end
so you can determine your schedule.

Stay in Right Lanes I-44 splits off to I-244 as you enter the east side of Tulsa

Continue about 6 miles west to the Harvard
Exit – ( Exit Lane on Right )
From North Arkansas Take Highway 412
out of Siloam Springs and follow above directions.
As you near Tulsa the Turnpike joins
Highway 51 also known as Broken Arrow Expressway
Stay on BA Expressway about 14 miles to
Harvard Exit – right lane exit turn
Turn Right ( North ) on Harvard to E.
5th Place – Then turn West – Look for Signs
From Wichita, KS - Take I-35 south to Hwy 64-412 Cimarron turnpike
East
Hwy 412 becomes I-244 as you enter
central Tulsa – Look for Delaware exit.
From Oklahoma City – take I-44 Turner
Turnpike to Tulsa
About 1.5 miles past Turnpike STAY IN
LEFT LANES onto I-244 ( Hwy 75 North )
Stay on I-244 - it will turn sharply
East in downtown Tulsa
Continue on I-244 to Delaware and
follow Eastbound instructions above.
