    The Astronomy Club of Tulsa (ACT) is proud to host the 2003 Convention of the Mid-States Region of the Astronomical League. This 53rd annual convention will be held June 20-22, 2003on the campus of the Universityof Tulsa in TulsaOklahoma.

    All participants who submitted a presentation as part of the call for papers and were accepted, Please review the schedule of events to verify your time slot. Also please review the contributed papers page and notify us of any corrections/omissions.

    Dr. William Romanishin, Professor of Physics at the University of Oklahoma., has agreed to participate as our Keynote Speaker for the evening of June 21, 2003. For information consult the Speakers page

    Dr. David Lien, Professor of Physics at OklahomaStateUniversity, has been invited as a speaker for 2003 MSRAL. For more information check the Speakers page.

    Dr. P. Clay Sherrod of the Arkansas Sky Observatory has been confirmed as a speaker at MSRAL 2003. For more information visit the Speaker page

    Thanks to those people who sent abstracts and bios during the Call for Papers. The papers will be added to the schedule and a talk schedule for June 21st will be posted.
