The Astronomy
Club of Tulsa (ACT) is proud to host the 2003 Convention
of the Mid-States
Region of the Astronomical League. This 53rd annual convention will be
held June 20-22, 2003on the campus of the Universityof Tulsa
in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

the call for papers and were accepted, Please review

 Dr. William Romanishin,
Professor of Physics at the University of Oklahoma.,
has agreed to participate as our Keynote Speaker for
the evening of June 21, 2003. For information

has been invited as a speaker for 2003 MSRAL. For
