People are asking if
there is a discount for the spouse, or if it is $35 for them also?
It depends on whether
your spouse wants to attend all the lectures and get in on door prizes.
The price for
each Adult full registration is $35 which means they are eligible
for door prizes and includes a copy of the group picture.
Student Registrations 14 year through 23 year old is $25. These are also eligible for door
prizes and group photo.
Guest of Registrants -
If a spouse or child older
than 6 wants to come as a guest of a registered person the price is only
$7.50
Children 6 or under are
free but all children must be well supervised for their safety.
Guest must pay for any
additional meals, sleeping arrangements and T-shirt
How are the rooms
assigned? Can I share a room with my spouse?
We do not have rooms
available for couples. A suite of 3 double occupancy rooms share a common hallway, sink area, restroom and shower. The toilet area
and shower does have a privacy door. Mixed sexes in a suite are not
practical. Each room has two twin beds a chair and desk but no plumbing.
You may share a room or pay extra for a single occupancy room. There are
three suites on each floor that share a common open visitation area. We
will try to put persons from the same family in adjoining suites. The on
campus rooms are directly across the street from the meeting hall and
within easy walking distance.
Several motels are within
3 miles. The ones listed had reasonably priced rooms available at printing.
Where are meals being
served?
Meals are being served in
a large dinning room adjoining the lecture hall. The vendor areas will also
be in the dining area so you'll have plenty of time to browse and visit.
Vegetable and Fruit selections will be available for vegetarian diets. There are also
several Fast food places within a mile.
When is dinner?
The $9 dinner is at NOON. The Banquet is the evening meal
with the keynote speaker which is $12
Some of us Southerners
prefer to eat "Breakfast - AM - Dinner - Noon and SUPPER- PM"
Whatever you call it,
there will be plenty to eat.

presentation that you feel would be of interest to our convention. Please
submit a 100 word summary of your topic. Include a
paragraph bios of yourself and your club affiliation along with
